                SALES MANAGER/OFFICE MANAGER

We are on the lookout for competent professional to fulfill the above mentioned vacancy to our new Branch in Sri Lanka located at Nawala.


Responsibilities
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Provide guidance of sales advisors daily, monthly, and quarter work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements in country sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Manage Sales advisors team to ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
  • Recruit new staff into team focusing on strong sales competencies and ensure that they perform well through coaching and monitoring skill
  • Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Sales Advisor performance
  • Identifying valuable emerging markets

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing, MBA are preferred.

Skills
  • Strong analytical skills, Negotiation skills and developing customer, Leadership skill and Marketing skill
  • Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages
  • Business to business (B2B) and business to customer or consumer (B2C) sales knowledge

Work experience
  • Experience in Sales Management at least 3 years, prior experience in automotive industry and/or sales is preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams.

Salary
  • Salaries are negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
  • Commission or bonuses can add to a basic salary, depending on the industry and product and the location and level of individual success.
